Intel® 600SM PCI Phone Adapter SoftPhone Agent. We recommend you install the Intel® 600SM PCI Phone Adapter device drivers before installig the SoftPhone Agent.

The SoftPhone Agent is a software application that allows the user to:

- Make and receive Skype*-to-Skype* or Skype*-to-PSTN (public switched telephone network, i.e. your home phone) calls

- Use call waiting, three-way calling and conference calling

The Phone adapter card has the following features:

- DTMF dialing, DTMF Detector
- Localized Type I Caller ID, Call Waiting and Type II Caller ID;

- Localized Distinctive Ring, Distinctive Call Waiting;
