Intel InBusiness Internet Station Installation Software 2.02.21
This archive contains the necessary files to update the Intel InBusiness Internet Station software. This is a full software installation and will remove all Internet Station settings. Be sure to reconfigure your unit once the installation is complete.
Note: Read the Release Notes for Installation Software v2.02.21 [ISTAT202.EXE], before downloading this software.
Upgrading Internet Station Software
- Download the ISTAT202.EXE file on to your Desktop or another temporary directory.
- Make sure you have a copy of all your setup, ISP (to include DNS, dial-in numbers, login names, passwords, IP addresses, subnet and login scripts, if necessary), and network configuration information.
- Isolate the Internet Station and the workstation that will be used to configure and upgrade the Internet Station.
Reset the Internet Station to factory defaults.
Warning: all settings will be lost at this point!
Power the Internet Station off, hold in the reset button in the back of the Internet Station, press the power button on, hold the reset button in for 10 seconds then release the reset button and wait 60 seconds for the Internet Station to power cycle.
- If you are not using the default IP setting (DHCP) from the Internet Station, set the workstation to "Obtain an IP address automatically".
- Reboot the workstation.
- Locate the ISTAT202.EXE and double-click the file.
- When asked to upgrade your Internet Station from the current version to 2.02.21, Press OK.
- When the upgrade has completed, the Internet Station upgrade utility will automatically open your default internet browser, and allow you to re-enter all of your internet connection information.
